- Priority Express Shipping: Although it may estimate 1-day shipping, please note it is not overnight shipping. Delivery time varies and can take additional business days after processing. Allow one business day for processing before being shipped out.
Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours. Please allow at least 1 full business day for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 4pm on weekdays, or on weekends, will be processed the next business day.
Bulk Orders: While we understand the demand for bulk purchases, we want to clarify that Heal is primarily focused on serving individual customers and small-scale orders. We are not equipped to handle wholesale orders at this time. Our operations are tailored to meet the needs of individual consumers, and we may not have the capacity to fulfill large quantity orders.

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity. We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom tinctures and opened supplements are non-refundable due to health and safety considerations.
