Enema Procedure

1 quart of filtered water

1 tbsp of enema coffee (1 tsp for beginners)

• Put both ingredients into a pot, bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer for 15 minutes (Beginners - for the first few times, only use 1 quart filtered water and 1 tsp of ‘good’ salt stirred in. This should fill the bucket about half way)
• Get enema bucket out and make sure the tube is clamped
• Strain coffee decoction into enema bucket
• Add 1 tsp of 'good' salt (Himalayan, Celtic, Real Salt..) and stir
• Add 2 handfuls of ice to bucket
• Add filtered water till bucket is almost full
• Test temperature of water, if too hot add ice or wait
• When in bathroom, put down dark towel on ground
• Place bucket on counter, undo clamp in sink to release any air bubbles
• Lube end of inserter with almond oil or other natural carrier oil (not an essential oil)
• Get on all fours, insert into anus, then undo the clamp (can lie on side but hold the inserter so it doesn’t slip out)

The average time to get all the liquid in is approximately 3 min.

If having issues, adjust angle of inserter or pull slightly out (1 cm)

• When liquid is in, lock the clamp, pull out tube
• Lie on back, rub castor oil on belly
• From the left lower abdomen, go up, then across mid belly to right (3-7min)
• Lie on Right side, push under right side of ribcage down (3-7min)
• Lie on Left side, push under left side of ribcage down (3-7 min)

The goal is to hold in the liquid for at least 20 min.

• Then get on the toilet and release, can rub downward on the left side
