Fang Feng (Radix Saposhnikoviae)
Gan Cao (Rx/Rz Glycyrrhizae)
Gao Ben (Rz/Rx Ligustici)
Sheng Ma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae)
Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong)
Cang Er Zi (Fructus Xanthii), dry-fried
Che Qian Cao (Herba Plantaginis)
Jie Geng (Radix Platycodonis)
Jing Jie (Herba Schizonepetae)
Cha Ye (Folium Camelliae)
Zhi Shi (Fructus Aurantii Immaturus)
Wu Wei Zi (Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis)
Gan Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis)

3-4 capsules 2-3 times a day (total of 6-12 capsules per day) for an average adult (18-60 years of age, approximately 150 lbs). This standard dosage may be increased or decreased depending on the patient’s individual factors, such as age, body weight, type of illness and severity. Prior to taking supplement, please consult your healthcare provider for your personal recommended dose, or if you are pregnant, nursing, or undergoing medical treatment.

Serve with warm water on an empty stomach, 2-3 hours apart from your prescription medication or other supplements. Do not take with tea, coffee, juice, soda or any other beverages
